Our client envisioned a luxurious barn-style estate in the charming Leiper’s Fork area of Tennessee, aiming to create a warm and inviting space for family gatherings while also serving as an attractive Airbnb venue for special events. The challenge was to seamlessly blend traditional country aesthetics with modern luxury, addressing critical design decisions such as pool placement, exterior finishes, and room layouts. Additionally, the property’s sloped lot and underground water currents complicated the construction process, necessitating clear visualizations to guide construction workers and developers in making informed decisions, while ensuring flexibility in design to avoid costly errors

To bring this vision to life, we utilized Revit, a powerful design software that enabled us to create detailed 3D models of the estate. This technology allowed us to generate comprehensive visualizations that showcased multiple design options for exterior colors, pool placement, and room layouts. With Revit's capabilities, we provided the client with dynamic views and variations, facilitating a thorough analysis of the property’s suitability for both family living and event hosting.
