Bringing Visions to Life

The Landon Development team connected with Lana and Franklin Pargh of The Pargh Team to bring a grand estate to life. The developer’s priority was to secure a buyer and get the property under contract before construction even began, a challenging task in a constantly shifting market. The Pargh Team knew they needed to make this vision tangible for potential buyers.

Their goal was to vividly showcase the estate’s future appeal while it was still under construction, creating an emotional connection with potential buyers and generating strong interest and inquiries that could lead to a quick and successful sale

The scope of this project was extensive. The team understood that with an estate of this magnitude, no detail could be overlooked. From the serene backyard sanctuary to the basement-level entertainer's dream complete with a private bowling alley, every feature had to be highlighted. This remarkable estate redefines luxury living, with elegance and style thoughtfully infused into every room.

An Opportunity for Growth

This luxury home was initially listed for pre-sale on MLS with preliminary sketches. Despite being on the market for five months, it attracted minimal interest, receiving no inquiries. Recognizing that the property was still in the "hard hat" phase of construction, the client sought innovative ways to showcase the future visual appeal of the home to potential buyers. erwrwe

Envisioning Reality with Technology at the Forefront

By incorporating home walkthroughs with goggles, video flyovers, and visuals that showcased the property both with and without the pool and guest house, we significantly increased interest in the new construction home listing. These engaging tools allowed potential buyers to explore the property more vividly, enhancing their overall experience and attraction to the home.

Unreal Engine (UE) is a 3D computer graphics game engine that was first introduced in the 1998 first-person shooter video game, Unreal. By utilizing UE, we created a simulation that allowed potential buyers to experience a walkthrough of this magnificent luxury estate. The feedback we received was, quite frankly—unreal!

Project Outcomes

Once renderings were uploaded to the MLS,  an average of 3-4 showings were scheduled per week until the home went under contract.  The listing has been prominently featured in online and print advertisements and on social media, which resulted in a greater number of showings and more visibility for the client and their real estate team.
