The primary challenge was to reimagine a $22M estate in Greenwich, CT, which had been gutted to the studs, making it essential to create renderings that resonated with the current market. Previous renderings reflected a different style that did not align with the expectations of potential buyers. Our goal was to produce stunning, lifelike visuals that embodied minimalism while highlighting the property’s natural beauty, ultimately appealing to discerning buyers seeking a blend of luxury and simplicity.
